Andrew J. Feldman is the founder and managing partner of the Product Injury Legal Group, LLC. Andrew’s practice is on a national scale. Andrew is committed to representing his clients through the entire litigation journey, from the initial stage of filing a claim or lawsuit to its resolution. Andrew has served as litigation and settlement counsel spanning thousands of products liability cases on behalf of injured persons. Andrew’s rate of successful outcomes in complex litigation actions is very impressive. Andrew has excelled in representing individuals who have suffered injuries from defective drugs and devices, resulting in substantial awards and/or settlements.
After graduating from law school in 2007, Andrew represented thousands of debtors in consumer bankruptcy cases and creditors in federal actions throughout the United States. Thereafter, Andrew transitioned to personal injury litigation, advocating for injury victims and defendants throughout Illinois, Missouri, and many other states. Previously, Andrew was a partner at a national, civil plaintiff law firm where he specialized in mass tort and product liability matters while managing many dockets throughout the country.
Andrew is a trusted advocate in representing these individuals in mass tort actions, individual product liability cases, personal injury matters, workers’ compensation actions, and many others. Due to his dedication and excellence in managing these matters and zealously advocating for his clients, Andrew was named by The National Trial Lawyers as a “Top 100 Civil Plaintiff” attorney in Illinois and a “Top 25 Products Liability” attorney in Illinois and Missouri.
Andrew was born and raised in St. Louis, MO. The value of hard work, dedication, attention to detail, empathy, and compassion was instilled in Andrew at an early age.
